How to Order
Let's talk! The first step is to contact me by phone or email to discuss your schedule and your research needs. When we've outlined what you need and when you need it, and I have a sense of your priorities and your mission, it's time to get started.

If you're requesting prospect profiles, you should provide me with the following information: a correctly spelled name, complete with middle initial, and current residential and office addresses. I can work more effectively when you provide additional details, so that I'm not furnishing you with information that's already in your files, or wasting time chasing red herrings.

Prices
With Larkin Research Associates, there are no hidden costs. Individual prospect profiles are provided at a flat rate per profile, which includes all expenses. This competitive rate is based on an average time cost which has been established over seven years, as well as a variety of expenses that include subscription and data costs from commercial databases, internet access, and office overhead.

If you need corporate or foundation research, or an answer to a specific question, we'll discuss what you want to know, and set a "not to exceed" budget based on an hourly rate, plus expenses. You will never be charged more than the agreed-upon budget, unless you approve a budget increase.

Results will vary. For some prospects, a huge quantity of information is found, and the time spent sorting, organizing, verifying and writing is well beyond the norm. In other cases, a broad-based search through numerous sources results in little or no new data, and the brevity of the report does not reflect the the thoroughness of the search. In either situation, your cost is the same, allowing you to plan your budget in advance. The report may hold surprises, but the bill won't.

Delivery
Research reports can be delivered via email or post, depending on your preference and the need to meet an urgent deadline. When material is emailed, you will always receive a hard copy by mail along with your invoice.

Terms
Payment is due in full upon delivery. Larkin Research Associates does not generally request advance payment.
