Regarding Telemarketing

Larkin Research Associates is not a telemarketing or market research company. We do not make phone calls to individual households to conduct surveys or for any other purpose. Our only office is located in Massachusetts.

Unfortunately, a California company using the name Larkin Research has repeatedly violated regulations concerning telemarketers. I have received email complaining about rudeness and calls after 9:00 p.m. by this company. Please be aware that Larkin Research Associates has no connection to this company or its activities.

If you reached this site because your Caller ID feature identified Larkin Research as the source of a rude or inappropriate call, please also note the phone number from which the call originated has a 949 area code, which is in Orange County, California. I strongly recommend that you contact the California Attorney General's office to complain about this firm and its activities. I have already filed a complaint.
